Join us for a Sunset Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Experience on The Bay!

No Yoga or Paddle Board experience necessary!

Location: Jacobsen Park, Lavallette

Bay Boulevard, Lavallette, NJ 08735

(Meeting in the parking lot off Presidents Ave., Our entrance will be just past the basketball courts and playground area if you're coming from Ortley/Toms River Direction (South).

Parking: If you don't have a Lavallette parking permit for the parking lot YOU MUST PARK ON THE STREET. 

What to Bring:  a towel, sunscreen and water (you will be thirsty after class)

What to Wear:  Wear comfortable, breathable clothes.  Sport shorts or leggings (yoga pants are great) sports bras and tank tops.  Layers for sun protection if you need.  

Please Note: Class starts at 7:30pm, please arrive 10 minutes before class time to ensure you are nice and zen prior to our paddle.
