Weekend Yoga Classes will be held in studio and beach yoga followed by our vendor friends from 10am to 2pm!

Beach yoga is a serene practice combining yoga poses and breathwork with the natural beauty of the beach environment. Practitioners enjoy the soothing sounds of waves, the warmth of the sun, and the soft, sandy surface, enhancing relaxation and mindfulness.

A soulful series of beachside experiences designed to help you move, breathe, release, and reconnect by the ocean. From energizing movement and restorative healing to live music at sunset, each evening offers a unique way to celebrate the start of summer with community, nature, and intention. Expect salt air, golden skies, grounding movement, and unforgettable moments on the sand in Lavallette. All levels are welcome.
