We offer Beach Yoga 7 Days a Week between Seaside Park & Lavallette
Beach yoga is a serene practice combining yoga poses and breathwork with the natural beauty of the beach environment. Practitioners enjoy the soothing sounds of waves, the warmth of the sun, and the soft, sandy surface, enhancing relaxation and mindfulness. This unique setting promotes a deeper connection to nature and a sense of tranquility, making it an ideal way to rejuvenate the body and mind.

FAQ | Beach Yoga

  • $12 drop in (website, cash or venmo)
    $50 - 5 Class Beach Pass (only available on website)

  • Pre-registration is preferred, please!

    We do welcome walk-ons. Mut be able to pay cash or venmo.

  • Check out our calendar of classes here to sign up.

    Flip through the calendar and select the class you’d like to attend. Follow the directions from there!

  • -We prefer to practice on a large towel or blanket when on the beach. But a yoga mat works too!
    -Water
    -Sunscreen/Hat/Sunglasses
    -If you have additional props you like to practice with, feel free to bring them.

  • -Lavallette classes can almost always find parking right on Kerr Ave.

    -Seaside Park there is a paid parking lot outside the beach entrance. You can find a combo of paid and free street parking.

  • Class cancelations will be almost always posted on Instagram & Facebook.

    We will also send out an email to your address on file if you are on our class roster. Sometimes if we have your phone # on file we will shoot out a text too!

    Your class pass will remain on your account to sign up for a future class!

  • Kids 10 & older are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

  • Our beach yoga classes are designed to be All Levels, meaning everyone can attend from a beginner to a seasoned yogi, there is something for everyone.

    With that being said remember to listen to your body and take the poses and movement you need and skip anything you body says “no” to.

    Practicing in the sand is a different experience than the level, solid studio floor.
