Join us on the beach! This experience will combine a restorative yoga class with the healing touch of a crystal singing bowl sound bath by Kate from Vibe Sessions. Poses will be held for a period of a few minutes, allowing you to offer your body full relaxation and take in crystal singing bowl experience with the perfect beach atmosphere. This class will include 5 to 7 postures that will be held for a period of a few minutes, allowing you to offer your body & mind full relaxation.

You will be required to bring to the beach for props:
-Two towels or blankets that can be rolled up and folded
-One bed billows
-Optional to bring an eye pillow or small hand towel to use an eye pillow.
