This seasonal celebration will incorporate Yoga, Meditation & Essential Oils. Along with the yoga fun you will given a journal where we will start our event with a Count Your Blessings journaling activity. Not only that, you get to practice with and take home your very own crystal of the fall season, Carnelian!
