Join Amanda & Jennie as we team up with Kate from Vibe Sessions for an all levels relaxing yoga practice on the beach from 6:30pm to 7:30pm followed by a half hour crystal singing bowl sound bath relaxation ending at 8pm. In this half hour you will experience a high vibrational and melodic sound experience. Using a combination of Meditation, Reiki, & Crystal Singing Bowls, Kate will hold space as you release physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual stress helping you to rejuvenate your body, mind, & spirit.
