In this class the room will be warmed up to about 80 degrees to create a warm cozy atmosphere. This will further allow your body to relax and open up. Focus for this yoga class will be on working your hips. The body tends to store a lot of stress and emotions in our hips. When we begin to work open and stretch our hips we often leave our mats feeling a bit more stress free and at ease.
