Through the sacred practice of mantra chanting, we’ll tap into the depths of the heart, raise our vibrational frequency, and cultivate a sense of connection and inner peace. Mantra is meditation in motion, a powerful way to quiet the mind and awaken the spirit. Together, we’ll chant, feel, and surrender to the sound, followed by a gentle movement practice and guided meditation to ground and integrate the experience. Expect to leave with your heart wide open, ready to receive, and deeply nourished from the inside out.

We’re so excited to have you join us for our upcoming events, workshops, and ticketed experiences! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.

• Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email (ThisIsYogaNJ@gmail.com) or text to 732-854-4858.  This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.

• Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.

• No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.

For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
