Please check your email the day before our hike.

We will meet at 8:50am outside the Cooper Environmental Center (Cattus Island's main hub) to sign in and gather.

PLEASE BRING:

-Travel Mug for Tea

-Light Backpack to carry your Mug & Mat

-Blanket or Yoga Mat

-Water

-Friends!!

This event will be roughly two hours including hiking, meditation, essential oils & yoga, allowing us to connect with nature & community. We will have a pre-hike YOGA WARM UP, we will HIKE, MID HIKE MEDITATION, hike to the BEACH FOR A YOGA SESSION & HIKE back to base!

This YOGA HIKE is weather permitting! Please wear layers, dress accordingly & wear warm socks/shoes that you don't mind getting muddy! Thank you!!
