We are teaming up with Hammer Surf School to bring you a fun morning of yoga and surfing.

No surf or yoga experience necessary to enjoy this event. This event is geared toward anyone wanting to relax in the sand & in the water. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi or surfer this event it for you!

60minutes: yoga-breathing-meditation & essential oils
75minutes: surfing lesson

Surf Boards will be provided!
Please Bring: blanket or towel to practice yoga on, towel for after lesson, water bottle
