Join Brittnay for Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation to support relaxation, along with the opening and activation of the Chakras through distanced Reiki Healing. Single use lavender eye masks will be provided to promote a deeper state of inner peace and calmness. You will also be given a rough peace of rose quartz to help promote love & relaxation that you get to take home with you! This restorative practice is accessible for any body type or level of experience. You are welcome to bring extra blankets, pillows or socks to aide in the ultimate comfort.
