Restorative Yoga on the Beach

You will be required to bring some props from home...
MUST BRING FOR RESTORATIVE PROPS:
-An oversized beach towel or blanket to practice on to try to stay as sand free as possible.
-Two towels or blankets that can be rolled up and folded
-Two bed billows
-Optional to bring an eye pillow or small hand towel to use an eye pillow.
Invite yourself onto your mat to relax the body & restore the mind. = Poses will be held for a period of a few minutes, allowing you to offer your body full relaxation. All poses will be either seated or lying down. Class may be enhanced with singing bowls, essential oils & more.
Please dress for the weather! This is a relaxing yoga practice/meditation with minimal movement so layers might be nice.
