Join This Is Yoga NJ & Julie B. Albert... This experience will combine a restorative yoga class with the healing touch of a crystal singing bowl sound bath. Poses will be held for a period of a few minutes, allowing you to offer your body full relaxation and take in crystal singing bowl experience.

You will be required to bring to studio for props due to COVID-19 policies:
-Two towels or blankets that can be rolled up and folded
-Two bed billows
-Optional to bring an eye pillow or small hand towel to use an eye pillow.
