Why do we use crystals during our yoga practice and throughout our daily lives?

It’s been dated back many years mostly in Asian cultures, most notibly Chinese concept of life-energy , and the Buddhist or Hindu concept of chakras .

Crystals are known to be conduits for healing energy and properties.

In this workshop we will:

- Explore some of our favorite crystals and learn about all the amazing benefits they have to share with us .

-We will learn how to cleanse and sage our crystals while exploring some of their uses . 

-Create your own sage cleansing bundle.

-Meditation
