This YOGA HIKE is weather permitting, check back here to stay up to date!

We will meet at 12:50pm outside the Nature Center. Our plan is to walk the main trail and blue trail about a mile out to the beach with our yoga mats or blanket/towel. Once we reach the beach we will practice a lovely 40 to 50 minute yoga flow. After our feel good practice, complete with sun salutations we will hike about a mile or so back to the Nature Center. Be sure to grab your friend & a water!
