Mala making is a grounding and meditative experience that allows creativity, while producing something beautiful with our hands and finding peace and balance in our lives. Whether used during meditation or worn to stay mindful of an Intention, Malas have been a Yogi’s instrument since ancient times.

A full olive wood mala with gemstone embellishments is $40.

Attendees will have the option of upgrading to a half gemstone mala for an additional $10, or full gemstone mala for an additional $20. Upgrade is cash only on day of event.

Join Mala on my Mind for a workshop including an overview of the malas structure, history and origin,

significance of the number 108, meaning behind olive wood beads, and how gemstones effect the body. You will learn how to make a mala, and how to use a mala as an instrument during meditation.
